was due to play badminton with huixian and audrey on wed but i wasn't feeling well so had to bail on that. sorry man audrey and huixian! haha. had driving on thurs and i've pretty much covered most of the stuff so im taking a break next week since my ftt's still like ages to ago, which is ridiculous. since i've had so many days off, been doing a substantial amount of shopping. and man i have got to stop. haha derrick said he had to give me an emergency call just for precautionary measure.
work today was crazy. i overslept, got up 5 mins into my shift and called the transit counter. "omg xingying i just woke up." hahhaa. in my massively blur state, i said i'd be there in 15 mins. when i reached there later they were all telling me how they were wonderin i was gonna make the airport in 15 mins after getting up. haha eliz was saying, "huh? she lives downstairs ah?" and so, they did a countdown. i know right, seriously. haha. credit to me, i made it to work in 20 minutes. i would have made 15 minutes if i didnt have to rush back to put my contacts on after realising i missed that out. work today was hella fun though. hope tomorrow's just as fun but without the part bout me oversleeping of course. tuition tomorrow too.
the songs i like usually do not have really intellectual lyrics which really explains the lack of posting of song lyrics up here.

Haven't had much work these few days. oh wait. scratch that. haven't had to work much this week. mainly because of screw ups with the roster planning so im left to work one day this week. which sucked at first, but on hindsight, i do need the break before i become officially stoned 24/7.
last day i've worked was last sunday which was definitely some way back. caught quite a few movies lately. caught What happened in vegas and Made of Honour. i reckon what happened in vegas was actually more engaging. im surprised myself. thought it'd be some corny un-funny attempt at a comedy. it actually turned out a tad more than bearable. not badd. oh and i've been having lots of different cuisine lately. japanese, western, chinese, thai. as of yet.
met up with audrey on wed, some last minute plans since we had to scratch tennis due to the bad weather. so we met up and went shopping instead. haha. i got some stuff and she did too. so we were two pretty happy girls. was nice hanging out with her cos i barely ever see her at work! haha we made a date for next wed with huixian. and a tentative date for our crazy ubin cycling affair. haha. shall see how it works out.
younger sis's getting a new phone pretty soon. elder sis got hers just a few months back. LG viewty i think? which is actually quite nice. works well. dad got a new phone last week too. well. so i just had to check out some phones on the market too. this caught my eye..
c'mon. well im still hanging onto my samsung for a few more months, its been serving me extremely well and honestly i don't need much features but heyy.. this one.. haha k i shall stop.
anyway, i've just accepted the offer for smu economics. so guess i'm headed there! supposed to head for nus fass open house with dee tmr though. but mind's made up so i accepted it anyway, decided not to hold onto other people's places in the other unis.

Don't mind this intermediate template. I've been working on this template since only recently, merely because i was terribly bored of mine. which hasn't been changed in like a million years. and guess what. just today, i popped online and to my horror, my blog was in a MESS. think the host removed the pictures from the net, so my blog template just got screwed up.
anyways, so i had no choice but to just use this template that i'm completely not done with, but i'll alter it when i have the time. i wasn't satisfied with this enough to use it yet, but hey i dont have a choice now.
audrey reckons my old template was "jealous". HRM.
well the terribly exhausting part of this week's over, more or less at least. i'm over the moon right now. haha cos it sure was tough getting through these 4 days. including sunday, thats why. it wasn't like i had bad days, but they were just tiring. with an extremely packed schedule. everyone says i must think im freakin bionic. haha. have learnt parallel parking last driving lesson, and instructor was nice enough to insist on getting me a packet of iced milo since he knew i had had a long day. and subsequently, left me alone with his car when he went to buy it. was supposed to practise parallel parking repetitively. he must trust me very much. damn. i should have made off with the car.
hahha. at least i got to watch gossip girl and the hills last night, my form of relaxation. entertainment sans brains.
alright, american idol beckons.
